內房股的留意与等待 ! 30 JAN, 2011

国内的房地产正处于政策的调控和消化阶段, 股民们请不要把它看成是什么的洪水猛獸, 它只不过是中国房地产发展过程的一种调节和游戏刚开始的确认信号 ! 中国的房地产要进入成熟阶段还远着了, 土地的改革, 乡镇城市化, 人口的迁移和求变, 这一切都有着很大的变化空间, 也不是书本理论一一可以推敲出来的, 中国房地产的发展只有象摸着石头过河一样继续发展下去. 国内的房地产现况有如香港的 84~87 年的情景, 没有这几年房地产的一潭死水, 那来的 1997 年香港房地产的新高, 如今的 2010 和 2011 年又怎样 ? 还不是不断在创历史新高吗 ? ! 以民为本, 藏富于民, 这不是将来的国策吗 ? 中国之大, 人口之多, 难道就没有 5% 的人在求变吗 ? ! 这股动力我们是可以想象的到, 老外是难以揣测 !
